Installing horizontal and vertical keels:

When installing wall panels, we first measure the height and width of the wall, mark points and drill holes, and fix the vertical keels. Then fix the horizontal keels to the surface with angle screws.

Install decorative panels:

Hang the decorative panels to be installed on the keels. The decorative panels here are surface panels. Common ones include Jialifu anti-beta panels, medical cleaning panels, calcium silicate panels, etc. Most of them have many advantages such as waterproof, moisture-proof, impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

Install wall corner treatment:

Wall panels are installed on flat panels. Except for special shapes, there are rarely wavy or other shapes. Therefore, when installing wall panels, the walls are all flat.

How to deal with the corner walls?

This installation problem can be solved by using the panels of the yin and yang corners. There are protruding or recessed parts in the corners of the wall. We call the protruding ones the yang corners and the recessed ones the yin corners.

Installation precautions:

Due to the structural problems of the steel structure keel inside the wall panel, the decorative panel (anti-beta board) we can install is generally 8mm thick.

The installation methods include dry hanging and adhesive. To ensure the performance of the wall panel after installation, we recommend dry hanging.

We must strictly follow the guidance of the wall panel manufacturer to install and avoid problems such as missing installation and wrong installation, which will seriously extend the construction period and increase unnecessary costs.
